Judge Litty says roads are more difficult to blade than anticipated

Cold temperatures are making snow removal for the Baxter County Road Department tough according to Judge Kevin Litty. Litty spoke with KTLO’s Kim Szecsi and he says roads crews are having a tough time getting the roads bladed with ice below the snow.
