The search for a Mountain Home woman continues 2 1/2 weeks after she was reported missing. A Silver Alert remains in effect for 95-year-old Belva Day with no new leads being reported.
Mountain Home Police Investigator Sam Seamans says there hasn’t been anything new to report since Day’s vehicle, a beige 2004 Buick LeSabre, was spotted on a surveillance camera at Allsteel, Inc., near Gepp Feb. 6. Seamans says they’ve had several reports of similar vehicles, but they haven’t led to anything credible.
Day is described as a 5-foot-2 white female weighing 100 pounds with grey hair and blue eyes. Her vehicle has the Arkansas license plate USADOGN.
Anyone with information on Day’s whereabouts should contact the Mountain Home Police Department at 870-425-6336.
