Mountain Home Mayor Hillrey Adams presents a key to the city to Arkansas State head coach Bryan Hodgson.

After a disastrous tornado hit the Twin Lakes area in May of 2024, Arkansas State men’s basketball team came and helped out the community. A couple of days after the tornado hit, Arkansas State head basketball coach Bryan Hodgson called Mountain Home Mayor Hillrey Adams and told him that he and his players wanted to come help out in anyway possible. On Feb. 15, at an Arkansas State mens’s basketball game, Mayor Adams presented Hodgson with a key to the city of Mountain Home to show appreciation of his team.

Adams says Red Wolves helped out the community by passing out food to all the people who suffered from the storm.
