A Silver Alert for a missing Fulton County man has been canceled after he was located in Missouri. According to the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office, 82-year-old Richard Lauren Shopen was found safe Tuesday in Lebanon.
The alert had been issued by the Arkansas State Police on Tuesday. Shopen had previously been seen in Springfield Monday afternoon.
