Mountain Home Planning Commission to review flat and facade plans Monday afternoon

The Mountain Home Planning Commission will meet Monday afternoon at 1 to review several development projects, including final plat approvals and facade and landscape plans, in its upcoming session. The meeting will be held in the council chambers of the municipal building.

The agenda includes approval of the final plat for Freedom’s Landing Phase II at Hobbs Circle, presented by Ben Strider of Strider Consulting. The commission will also consider landscape and facade approvals for a future coffee shop at 2790 Highway 62 East, submitted by Crafton Toll Engineering.

Other items include a landscape plan for Twin Lakes Woodworking and Remodeling at 1210 Commerce Drive, presented by Consolidated Land Services Inc., and facade approvals for Gregg Farm Services at 1312 East 9th Street and Baxter Healthcare Corporation at 1900 Highway 201 North, both presented by Gregory Company Inc.

The meeting is open to the public.
