Kindergarten registration for students in the Mountain Home Public Schools District will take place April 4, by appointment only. Parents can schedule appointments online at kindergarten.mhbombers.com/reg.
Registration will take place at the Mountain Home Kindergarten Center at 1310 Post Oak Road, and students should attend with their parents. Families unable to attend on April 4 can call 870-425-1256 to arrange an alternate time.
Children entering Kindergarten must be five years old on or before August 1, 2025. Required documents include a birth certificate or hospital record, Social Security card, immunization record or appointment card, and a Kindergarten physical or proof of a scheduled exam.
Kindergarten principal Kevin Roach says he looks forward to welcoming new students and their families. He says, “It is the goal of the entire faculty to make the Kindergarten an exciting place for students to learn, explore, grow and create memories that will last a lifetime.”
