The Bakersfield R-IV School District is offering shelter for those needing a place to stay following Friday night’s tornado. According to Bakersfield Superintendent Dr. Amy Padgett, the district’s FEMA building is now available.
In addition, a relief station will be set up Saturday for first responders and emergency personnel working in the area. For more information, call 417-712-1222.
