Remembering the Holocaust: Donald W. Reynolds library exhibition explores American perspective

The Donald W. Reynolds Library Serving Baxter County is preparing to host the month long Americans and the Holocaust exhibit, highlighting one of the most significant events of the 20th century. The exhibit will be on display starting Monday through April 25, with special events and programs scheduled throughout the month.

Marketing coordinator Andrea Belt, says this national program is only offered to 100 libraries across the country.

Eleven panels with an interactive kiosk will be on display for the duration of the program. Belt says the displays will be family friendly while still serving the purpose of showing the importance of this historic event.

Special programs are scheduled through the exhibit, including book and movie discussion, presentations by historians, reading challenges and butterfly painting. Belt says a new addition compared to previous exhibits will be guided tours.
