Gassville City Council to discuss adopting state plumbing code Tuesday night

The Gassville City Council will meet Tuesday night at 6 at Gassville City Hall located at 204 South School Street.

Items on the agenda include:

– a second reading on an ordinance to amend personal time in the city’s personnel handbook;

– consideration of a contract to purchase and trade in a fire engine;

– consideration of an ordinance to adopt the state plumbing code and repeal ordinances that conflict the state’s code; and

– discussion of a cemetery ordinance.
