
The weeks leading up to spring have seen a lot of wild weather in the Twin Lakes area. Chuck Rickard from the National Weather Service (NWS), spoke to KTLO News to discuss the previous week’s weather.
Rickard says this type of weather is fairly common for this type of year, though it has been notably drier.
