
The Mountain Home Public Schools Board of Education will meet in regular session Thursday night at 6 in the Central Office Board Room.
Items on the agenda include:
– the request to approve safety film across the district through a reimbursable state security grant;
– approval of changes to the 2025-26 district salary schedule;
– a proposed amendment to the 2024-25 school year due to additional weather days;
– approval of updated policies and procedures for the Board through recommendations from the Arkansas School Board Association;
– approval of to updated policy changes for leave of absence without pay for classified employees;
– approval for new security cameras for Pinkston and the junior high;
– approval of bid on a new depository agreement;
– approval of budget amendments for the 2024-25 school year;
– approval of a contract to continue work with Patti Bell for Dyslexia Interventions;
– approval of a district cybersecurity policy;
– approval of a resolution regarding school choice; and
– approval to sell a parcel of land in Gamaliel for $10,000.
