A Marion County man has been arrested on a rape charge. Facing two felonies and one misdemeanor charge is 19-year-old Marshall Bazze Mott of Yellville.
The case files, including the probable cause affidavit, have been ordered sealed by the judge in the case, so no details have been released.
Mott is charged with felony counts of rape and second degree sexual assault and a misdemeanor count of endangering the welfare of a minor. The cover sheet filed in the case indicated the victim was over the age of 14.
Mott is free from the Marion County Detention Center after posting $100,000 bond.
