
Spring break marks a busy time for local attractions and the Bull Shoals White River State Park has been ushering in visitors in large droves over the week.
Park Interpreter Jackie Rupp says visitors have been arriving from all over Arkansas and beyond.

Many events are planned through the rest of the week starting with fish feeding at 11.

Friday’s events will round out with birdwatching and an opportunity to learn more about owls in the afternoon and discussion of mountain lions in the evening. Over the weekend, a wildflower hike and a demonstration of how food was cooked in the Ozarks in the old days on Saturday followed by a history of the dam and a color wheel hike on Sunday.
Rupp reminds visitors there is always more to do at the park and more events are planned beyond spring break.
