The Mountain Home Gridiron Club is sponsoring an opportunity for Bomber student athletes to take part in the ultimate training camp. MACH 10 is a five-week camp beginning May 14 and continuing through June 22.
MACH 10 will be divided into three groups. The beginner classes are for those entering third through fifth grades; intermediate classes are for anyone entering sixth through eighth grades; and upcoming freshmen, sophomores, juniors and seniors will participate in the advanced classes.
For five weeks, Mountain Home High School strength and conditioning coach Brett Shrable will conduct training training sessions to help participants increase their overall athleticism. Campers will work on their speed, strength, mobility, coordination, endurance and injury prevention.
The Mountain Home Gridiron Club has made a guarantee that every participant giving their maximum effort in every class will experience a significant improvement in their overall athleticism during the program.
