A woman who heaved a large rock through a window at the Popeye’s fast-food restaurant in Mountain Home appeared in Baxter County Circuit Court April 7.
Twenty-four-year-old Rebecca Cross, who lists an address in Harrison, entered a guilty plea to charges of criminal mischief and disorderly conduct and was put on probation for four years.
Mountain Home police responded to the restaurant in mid-December last year. In addition to the rock throwing incident, Cross was alleged to have unsuccessfully attempted to enter several vehicles before taking off on foot running toward the Walmart store.
Cross was located near the entrance to the Walmart automotive department and taken into custody.
She will be required to pay $1,900 in restitution.
