Arvest Bank reported Friday that its mobile and online banking services are temporarily down due to an internal issue.

The Arkansas-based bank said in a social media post that it had “identified an internal issue and temporarily disabled certain online functions while taking measures to correct it.”

Officials confirmed the incident was not caused by a cyberattack or unauthorized system access.

Customers are currently experiencing difficulties logging into the bank’s digital platforms, and nightly processing has also been delayed, the bank said. Technical teams are working to resolve the issue.
