A Stone County teen has been killed in a two-vehicle crash. Nineteen-year-old Shyann Lee of Mountain View died in the accident Wednesday evening in Cleburne County. The driver of the other vehicle, 19-year-old Nathaniel Franks of Southside, was injured and taken to White River Medical Center in Batesville for treatment.
According to the Arkansas State Police report, the accident happened when Franks’ vehicle crossed the centerline and the two vehicles collided head-on.
The crash happened on Arkansas State Highway 92 northeast of Greers Ferry at 5:45 Wednesday evening. It was raining at the time of the accident.
