A Wednesday morning accident in Boone County claimed the life of a Missouri woman. According to the Arkansas State Police, 34-year-old Jennifer Meanor of Kimberling City was killed in a two-vehicle crash one mile east of Bellefonte.
Trooper Jacob Boswell says Meanor was traveling westbound on U.S. Highway 62 when she crossed the center line. Her vehicle struck an eastbound International Harvester driven by 42-year-old Michael Baxter of Des Arc. Baxter and his passenger, 56-year-old Jeffery Cook of Bryant, were both injured and transported to North Arkansas Regional Medical Center in Harrison.
Meanor's body was transported to the Boone County Morgue following the 10:30 a.m. accident.
