A Mountain Home man, 31-year-old Jason Biddle, has been added to the Baxter County Sheriff’s Office’s Most Wanted list after a bench warrant was obtained by the Arkansas State Police.
Stinnett returned to his patrol unit, activated his siren and advised Troop I he was in pursuit. He then lost sight of the vehicle because of the dust and had to follow the dust trail. Once the vehicle got back onto pavement, Stinnett could not follow it. He returned to the highway and waited for the vehicle to enter the roadway. As he was waiting, a vehicle approached, and the driver told him a female who had been in the vehicle he was pursuing had come to her house and was waiting for a ride.
Stinnett followed the driver to her house where he found 31-year-old Amber Eads whom he placed under arrest. Eads was arrested and charged with felony drug paraphernalia in May.
Stinnett and two other officers returned to the location in an attempt to locate the fleeing car. The vehicle was located in a field on Teal Point Road. The towed vehicle was inventoried with officers locating two loaded syringes, a baggie with a small amount of methamphetamine, several items of drug paraphernalia and four large knives.
Also in the vehicle was a gallon of milk in a grocery bag that was still cold. Officers viewed video from the grocery where they saw the fleeing vehicle and identified the driver as Biddle.
In July, Biddle, who has seven previous drug related cases on public record, was awaiting trial, and was on parole, was arrested again for felony drug charges after a traffic stop in Mountain Home. He was charged with felony furnishing, possessing or using prohibited articles and felony possession of a controlled substance, oxycodone.
Biddle had bonded out of the Baxter County Detention Center to check into Care Center Ministries. Records indicate he walked off on the morning of July 19. A failure to appear warrant was issued on July 20.
Biddle’s last known address was at a residence along County Road 984. He is described as 5 foot 8 inches tall, weighing 150 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
His bond has been set at $20,000.
Anyone with any information about Biddle’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Baxter County Sheriff’s Office at 870-425-7000.
