A retirement reception for Baxter County Chief Deputy Clerk Shelly Cranor is set for Friday afternoon from 2:00 until 4:00 in the clerk’s office in the county courthouse.
Baxter County and Circuit Clerk Canda Reese says Cranor has been an employee of the clerks office for 28 years. During her tenure, Cranor has worked closely with many entities and individuals in the community, including banks, title companies, law enforcement, attorneys, judges, current and former county employees and elected officials.
Reese says her office wants to honor Cranor’s service to Baxter County by inviting all those who have worked with her, past and present, to drop by the clerks office to wish her well in her new adventures and thank her for her dedicated service.
