The Mountain Home High School and Junior High cross country teams all did well at the Cave City Invitational Tuesday.
The Lady Bombers brought home a first place finish. Marcie Cudworth led the way with a 3rd place finish and Rylee Patterson finished 7th. Shelbie Kelly was 16th, Victoria Strange finished 18th and Kalee Daniel was 20th.
The Bombers finished 2nd in the team standings. Whit Lawrence paced Mountain Home with a 7th place finish, Andrew Westphal was 8th, Bob Allen finished 9th, Tyler Sosnowski was 11th and Tyler Firment finished 13th.
In the junior boy’s race, Mountain Home finished 3rd. Ky Bickford won the race with Hendrix Hughes second. Isaiah Kemp finished 14th.
The Junior Lady Bombers finished 9th as a team. Cayla McMaster finished in 9th place to lead the way.
Mountain Home will host the Bomber Invitational next Tuesday.
