First comes Turkey Trot, followed by the Hillbilly Chili Cook-off, and now it’s time for Colorama.
The two-day festival in Bull Shoals is set for Friday and Saturday at the Roy Danuser City Park on Marilyn Avenue. The annual haunted hayride kicks off the event Friday evening. The haunted hayride will also be held Saturday evening.
Saturday’s events include a scare station, with prizes awarded for people’s choice.
Those families or friends wishing to set up a scare station and participate in the haunted hayride should contact director@bullshoals.org.
Other events include outhouse races, with a $1,000 cash prize.
The festival will also feature booths, food and drinks, music and games.
