The new show will feature Fogerty performing the same set that CCR played at the famous Woodstock festival held in Bethel, New York, in August of 1969, plus other memorable songs by his old band and from his solo catalog. Among the songs Creedence performed at Woodstock were “Born on the Bayou,” “Green River,” “Bad Moon Rising,” “Proud Mary,” “I Put a Spell on You” and “Susie Q.”

The new six-date stand is scheduled for April 10, 12, 13, 17, 19 and 20. Tickets are on sale now. Visit JohnFogerty.com and WynnLasVegas.com for more information.

Besides the Vegas shows, John has only one other confirmed date on his 2019 schedule — a January 25 concert in Thackerville, Oklahoma, at the WinStar Casino. But back in September, the 73-year-old Rock & Roll Hall of Famer announced that he was plotting a major world tour in 2019, while also planning to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Woodstock and of the CCR classic “Proud Mary.”

In other news, this past Friday, Fogerty was a surprise guest at a fundraiser hosted by Adam Sandler and Judd Apatow to benefit victims of the recent California wildfires.

The event, which was held at the Los Angeles club Largo at the Coronet, featured Fogerty and his band performing a set that included the CCR tunes “Green River” and “Born on the Bayou,” which included Sandler on guitar.

“Ridiculous fun and a great cause to support the fire victims,” John said of the benefit.
