Lisa Coots, a teacher at Cotter Public Schools, has received the Arkansans for Gifted and Talented Education Educator’s (AGATE) Recognition Award. The presentation was made at the 2020 AGATE Conference in Hot Springs. This award is given to five educators across the state for their contributions and dedication to gifted and talented education. Coots has taught at Cotter for 21 years.
