Grants are now available for schools and nonprofit organizations in Baxter, Marion, Fulton and Izard counties through the Twin Lakes Community Foundation. The parent organization of the Twin Lakes Future Fund is accepting online applications for Giving Tree Grants through Aug. 15.
Grants normally range from $1,000 to $2,000. Requests from organizations outside the four-county area are not being considered, even though services may be provided in that area.
Any public school, government agency, hospital or 501(c)(3) public charity in Baxter, Marion, Fulton or Izard County is eligible to apply. Grants are not available for individuals. Applications will be reviewed by the Twin Lakes Future Fund grant committee.
