Permits for three triplex homes in Glenbriar Commons, located along Superior Way in Mountain Home, top the list of building permits issued by the City of Mountain Home in October, according to a report from Jeannie Anderson from the Building Inspection Department.
The permits were issued to Leisure Homes. Each of the 3,768-square-foot triplex developments has a construction value of $258,000.
A building permit was issued to Bryan Bell on behalf of Mountain Home Food Court, located at 218 West Second Street, for the construction of two public restrooms. Value of the construction is $10,000
A permit was issued to Paul Clinkingbeard for the construction of a storage building at 413 South Foster Street. The 528-square-foot facility has a construction value of $10,000.
Also on the list was a permit issued to Callantine Construction on behalf of Jeff Webb for the construction of a screened-in porch to be located at 1209 Ozark Avenue. The 1,000-square-foot porch has a construction value of $8,000.
Archie Bashor was issued a permit for the construction of a storage building to be located at 406 Forest Drive. The 96-square-foot building has a construction value of $3,000.
Arkansas Carports obtained a permit for Robert Baldridge for a portable cover at 1119 McClure Lane. The 400-square-foot cover has a construction value of $2,025.
Four sign permits were issued in October.
C&P Concessions secured one of the sign permits to be located at 403 U.S. Highway 62 East, with a construction value of $120.
A sign permit was issued to Family Billiards and BBQ, located at 1771 U.S. Highway 62 East, with a construction value of $60.
The remaining two sign permits were issued to Fields of Terror for signs to be located at 612 West Sixth Street and 250 Drillers Road, with construction values of $60 and $80 respectively.
Total construction value of the 12 permits issued in October was $807,345.
The cost of all permits issued for the month of October totaled $1,636, including the actual cost of building, electric and plumbing, as well as mowing fees and a variance
The city building and inspection department handled 24 inspections for the month.
