The Arkansas AMBER Alert for a child missing in Little Rock was inactivated late Monday evening. Three-year-old Delilah Collier was located just after 11 p.m. by Little Rock officers.

Authorities have also taken two suspects allegedly involved in the incident into custody. According to the Little Rock Police Department, 22-year-old Dominique Phillips of Little Rock and 19-year-old Curtis Marshall were also wanted in connection with an earlier shooting.
