Tuesday ended up being another successful night for the Mountain Home High School wrestling teams, as they went on the road and swept West Plains.
The Bomber boys defeated the Zizzers 66-18. Mountain Home had scoring wins from Tristan Blount, Drue Lindsey, Michael Davis, Isaac Donais, Austin Callies, Joseph Pierski, Isaac Archey, Brayden Daniel, Brody Goodson, Elijah Lagg and Aidan Richey. The Bombers will head to Russellville Saturday to compete in the Class 5A state duals.
Mountain Home’s girls also topped West Plains 48-36. The Lady Bombers’ scoring wins came from Mackenzi Clark, Kayla Kirek, Emalyn Stephens, Amelia Adams, Victoria Bevel, Kassie Kratochvil, Maranda Jones and Amelia Frounfelter. Mountain Home will join the Bomber boys at the Hangar Feb. 12 hosting the 5A-East Conference Tournament.
