Residents of Missouri can get a COVID-19 vaccination Tuesday in Gainesville. The drive-thru vaccination clinic will be held at the Gainesville Church of Christ on U.S. Highway 160 from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
The vaccinations are for Missouri residents 65 years of age or older, those between the ages of 18-64 with chronic health problems and health care workers.
Those wanting to get the vaccine will need to preregister by going to covidvaccine.mo.gov/events and scrolling to Region G and click on the Ozark County event or call 877-435-8411. When you register, you will be given a patient ID number you will need to provide at the vaccination clinic.
The event is sponsored by the Ozark County Health Department and the Missouri National Guard.
