The Fulton County Quorum Court will meet for its regular monthly session Monday evening at 6.
Three items are listed on the agenda under new business – resolutions for the approval of federal CARES act funds for the Fulton County Hospital for equipment purchasing and improvements to the senior center, possible funding for road repairs from the freezing and thawing of winter precipitation and miscellaneous appropriations.
Five items of old business are on the agenda – a resolution regarding individual/states rights, specifically addressing the Second Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, a status report on the Spring River bridge, a project update on the Boggy Point road project, state-aid road project, the appointment of a committee to update the county’s personnel policy and an update on the new courtroom project.
The meeting will be held in the Hickinbotham-Miller Building at the Fulton County Fairgrounds.
