The Mountain Home Planning Commission will meet Monday at 1 p.m. at City Hall.
Items on the agenda include:
– Approving a sketch plan of Phase 2 of the Greenbriar Commons subdivision. The property owner and petitioner is Tom Embach with Leisure Homes, Inc. and the presenter is Ken Cotter with Consolidated Land Services;
– Approving a sign variance for Brad’s Home Entertainment at 40 Plaza Way, Suite 220. The petitioner and presenter is Brad Elbrader of Brad’s Home Entertainment;
– Approving a preliminary plat and utility easement sufficiency for Big Creek Condominiums. Property owner and petitioner is Robert Cope Gracy with Riverwalk Rentals LLC and the presenter is Danny Ellington of Ellington Engineering Services;
– Approving a re-plat of Cobblestone Ridge units 6-10. The property owner and petitioner is Jeffery Magness of M. Properties and the presenter is Ben Strider of Strider Consulting.
