A small earthquake in northeast Arkansas was recorded early Friday morning.
The Center for Earthquake Research and Information in Memphis reports that a 1.9 magnitude earthquake was recorded Friday morning at 3:32 a.m.
The quake occurred 8.6 miles southeast of Cave City, 13.5 miles east-northeast of Batesville, 40.6 miles west of Jonesboro, 73.4 miles north-northeast of Searcy and 90.8 miles north-northeast of Little Rock.
