Carter’s Jewel Chest of Mountain Home has announced Shena Loftis of Thornfield, Missouri, is the winner of this year’s “Jewels for You” drawing held at the Red, White and Blue Festival.
Loftis presented the winning ticket, numbered 160804, at Carter’s Jewel Chest on Monday and claimed the Facet Barcelona 1-carat diamond necklace that was the contest’s prize.
More than 10,000 tickets were sold for this year’s “Jewels for You” drawing, raising more than $8,700 to support the Red, White and Blue Festival.
