Information on three suspects in Ozark County was released Thursday evening.

Further details have been released in a joint effort Wednesday in Ozark County that has led to arrests, the seizure of drugs and the recovery of a stolen vehicle.

Information in a social media post indicates Alvin Searcy has been charged with felony counts of

• Delivery of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid – Class C felony;
• Possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid – Class D felony;
• Stealing – motor vehicle/watercraft/aircraft – Class D felony; and
• Keeping or maintaining a public nuisance – Class E felony.

Searcy’s bond was set at $50,000, cash only.

Charges are pending on the same search warrant for Newt Souder and Stanley Wilson.

Ages for the suspects were not made available.

Earlier, Ozark County Sheriff Cass Martin said four individuals had been taken into custody. However, details on just three were released early Thursday evening.

The arrests followed a joint effort among the sheriffs’ offices in Ozark and Douglas counties and the Ava Police Department.

Officers from the three agencies served a search warrant Wednesday in the Brixey area of northern Ozark County.

An earlier social media post noted methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and marijuana were reportedly located in the residence. The substances have been sent to the state crime lab for further testing.
