Basketball makes up much of the local Monday schedule and includes four of Mountain Home’s junior high teams in Paragould to take on Greene County Tech. The eighth grade boys’ game tips off at 4 followed by the eighth grade girls and both freshman contests.
Elsewhere on the junior high varsity level, Izard County hosts Mammoth Spring, and Harrison entertains Gravette.
In junior high junior varsity action, Yellville-Summit is home against Marshall.
On the high school level, Dora’s girls will be in Mansfield for their opener in the Lady Lion Invitational Tournament. The Lady Falcons face Forsyth at 7:30.
Elsewhere, Cotter hosts the Arkansas Arts Academy for Senior Night, Norfork entertains Timbo, Flippin is home against Alpena, Viola’s girls travel to Shirley, the Bakersfield girls entertain Norwood, Gainesville’s girls are home against Mountain View-Liberty, and Valley Springs hosts Green Forest.
