With a total of 7.25 inches of snow and sleet since late Wednesday night, including more snow late Thursday night and early Friday morning, most roads in the area are still snow covered. State, county and city road crews have been working around-the-clock to clear the roads, but the round of sleet that fell prior to the snow has made it difficult for the plows to get to the pavement.
