A man from Thousand Oaks, California, has been arrested in Mountain Home for allegedly trying to break into homes while he was naked. Mountain Home police arrested 41-year-old Nicholas Foti following the incidents Sunday morning.
According to the probable cause affidavit, police responded to the area of Fuller Drive and Ivy Lane, after getting reports a nude man was attempting to kick in doors to homes.
Police found Foti, still nude, lying on the ground and arrested him without incident.
Foti is charged with three felony counts of criminal contempt to commit residential burglary and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. His bond is set at $20,000.
