The Anstaff Bank Relays were held at Green Forest Wednesday with the Yellville-Summit girls winning the team title while the boys finished second. Mountain Home, with a partial squad, finished fifth in the girls’ standings and seventh on the boys’ side.
Yellville-Sumit won the girls’ team standings with 150 points, 14 ahead of second place Gravette. Harrison was third, Bergman fourth, Mountain Home fifth and Marshall sixth.
For Mountain Home individually, Erika Krueger won the 3200 meter run, Cayla McMaster finished second in the 3200 meter run, Emmy Stephens tied for second in the pole vault, Britney Jenkins finished fourth in the 800 meter run and high jump and Amelia Masson fourth in the pole vault.
In team events, the Lady Bombers won the 4×800 meter relay. The team consisted of Whitney Wilbur, Monica Chafin, Erica Krueger and McMaster
Individually for Yellville-Summit, Kambree Gibson won the 100 and 200 meter dashes and the long jump; KJ Moore won the 400 meter dash and was second in the 300 meter hurdles, pole vault and high jump; Emily Pena had a second place finish in the shot put and the discus; Erica Pyle had a fourth place finish in the 3200 meter run; Kaylee Martin finished third in the 400 meter dash and fifth in the 800 meter run; Lucia Zuniga was fourth in the 1600 meter run; and Khloe Rogers was fifth in the discus.
In team events, Yellville-Summit won the 4×200 meter relay and 4×400 meter relay, was second in the 4×800 meter relay and they finished third in the 4×100 relay.
Marshall’s Brooklyn Langer finished second in the 1600 meter run.
On the boys’ side, Gravette won the team standings by just four points over Yellville-Summit. Harrison was third, Bergman sixth, Mountain Home seventh and Marshall tenth.
For Mountain Home individually, Max Hough won the 800 meter run and was second in the 1600 meter run, Ryan Amick finished second in the 400 meter dash and Trey Czeschin was fourth in the 800 meter run.
In team events, the Bombers won the 4×800 meter relay. Team members were Czeschin, Alex Hester, Amick and Jackson Shurley.
Individually for Yellville-Summit, Tyler Barrett won the discus and shot put, Lucas McVay won the pole vault and finished fifth in the 1600 meter run, Caiden Curtis was second in the pole vault and fifth in the 300 meter hurdles, Javen Keymer finished second in the 200 meter dash and third in the triple jump, Tristen Winingham was third in the pole vault, Tristin Teel had a fourth place finish in the 200 meter dash, Copper Swearingen was fifth in the 3200 meter run and Rafe Heap finished fourth in the 400 meter dash and fifth in the 800 meter run.
In team events, the Panthers won the 4×200 and 4×400 meter relays, were third in the 4×800 meter relay and fourth in the 4×100 meter relay.
