A celebration that’s been a long time in the making is finally happening Friday night in Mountain Home. Baxter Regional Medical Center’s Magnet Community Celebration will be from 5-9 at Hickory Park.
The public is invited to attend the event which will feature music, food, games and recognition of BRMC being awarded Magnet status by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Magnet Recognition Program. The Magnet distinction, which is held by 547 hospitals worldwide, recognizes a facility’s nursing professionalism, teamwork and superiority in patient care.
BRMC’s Chief Nursing Officer Shannon Nachtigal and Director of Marketing Tobias Pugsley joined Brad Haworth during the news at 7 Friday morning to discuss the event.
