A Fulton County couple has been arrested for 60 felony charges including ten counts of rape and 50 charges for child porn. The couple, 30-year-old Kevin McGath and 29-year-old Angellea Fuller of Mammoth Spring, was arrested after an investigation by several agencies.
Mammoth Spring Police Chief Jaimie Turnbough says law enforcement executed a search warrant at the couple’s residence and seized a laptop computer and two cell phones.
The documents in the case have been sealed, so no other details are available.
McGath and Fuller each are facing ten counts of rape and 50 counts of manufacturing, possessing or viewing of matter depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child.
McGath’s bond is set at $500,000 while Fuller’s bond is set at $50,000. McGath was arrested by Thayer police. Both are in the Fulton County Jail in Salem.
About two weeks before they were arrested, Fuller had filed a petition for an order of protection against McGath. In the petition, she says McGath hit her and physical, emotional and mental abuse had been going on for four years and she feared he was going to kill her.
