A Mountain Home woman pled guilty to a number of drug and weapons charges during a session of Baxter County Circuit Court last Monday.

Twenty-seven-year-old Rayndii Tolliver was sentenced to six years in prison with a judicial transfer to one of the Community Corrections Centers in the state.

On August 5, information was received at the Baxter County Sheriff’s Office that 38-year-old Christopher Steven Alsup and Tolliver were staying in a camper parked at a residence along County Road 782.

Both were said to have multiple active arrest warrants and to be on supervision with Arkansas Community Corrections.

Deputies from the sheriff’s office and officers from probation and parole went to the address and made contact with the pair.

When checking the camper, officers found drugs, paraphernalia used to ingest drugs and a loaded handgun.

According to the probable cause affidavit, a white substance found in two small plastic bags tested positive for a mixture of methamphetamine and Fentanyl.

A review of the criminal history of Alsup and Tolliver showed they are both convicted felons.

A final hearing in Alsup’s case is set for January 23, 2023 with a jury trial on February 27.

He is an inmate in the Baxter County Detention Center with bond set at almost $80,000.
