Friday night, Dateline will air a two-hour special entitled “Secrets in the Ozarks” which will feature the story of 22-year-old Rebekah Gould whose body was found a week after she vanished in September 2004.
Sixteen years after Gould’s body was found down a steep embankment of State Highway 9 near Melbourne, an arrest was made. Forty-five-year-old William Miller waived his right to a jury trial entered a guilty plea to first-degree murder in her death. He was sentenced to 40 years in the Arkansas Department of Corrections in October 2022.
The special will feature interviews from Special Agent Mike McNeill, Gould’s sisters Tiffany Moore and Angela Neubauer, her father Dr. Larry Gould, Izard County Sheriff Charles Melton, and others.
The two-hour special will air at Friday night at 9 on NBC.
