Celebrate Baxter County’s 150th birthday on Saturday, September 9 from 9:00-5:00 at the Rapp’s Barren Settlement in Cooper Park. Tours of cabins, quilt demonstration, local musicians, costume and beard contest, square dancing, teepee and Dutch oven cooking and cannon firing at 9, 12 and 4. At 4:00 the Dancing Eagles Native Americans from Oklahoma will perform.
