Update: Entergy estimates power restoration at 5 Tuesday evening

As of 4:10, 2,708 Entergy Arkansas customers are still without power in Mountain Home.

Entergy officials state the outage occurred at a substation. Crews are on site with other crews on the way to assist in the restoration. Entergy now estimates restoration at 5 in the evening.
