North Central Ark. Chamber Foundation recognized at International Economic Development Council

Last month, the North Central Arkansas Chamber Foundation (NCACF) was recognized at the 2023 International Economic Development Council (IEDC) Excellence Awards, in Dallas.

IEDC is the largest nonprofit association for professional economic developers in the world, and these awards recognize the world’s best economic development programs and partnerships, marketing materials and the year’s most influential leaders. Twenty-five award categories honor organizations and individuals for their efforts in creating positive change in urban, suburban, and rural communities.This year, the IEDC received more than 580 entries within 26 categories. The winners were decided among 76 award judges, resulting in seven countries and 38 states with winning entries.

For a population size of less than 25,000, the NCACF won the following awards for Economic Excellence:

Gold: Mountain Home Fact Sheet — General Purpose Print Promotion

Silver: Workforce Development Initiatives at Arkansas State University-Mountain Home — Multimedia/Video Production
