Marion County officials would like to remind residents property taxes are due Monday and can be paid online at arkansastaxsearch.com/marion.html.
Residents may pay their taxes in person Monday through Thursday from 8 until 4:30. The office will be closed Friday for Turkey Trot.
According to County Collector Carla Purdome, residents should check to make sure Homestead Credits and/or DAV letters are current. The deadline to apply is Monday.
In January 2023 Homestead Credit increased up to $425.00 and will be reflected on the 2023 tax statement. As a reminder, the Homestead Credit and DAV apply only if Marion County is a primary place of residence.
