The 77th Annual Turkey Trot Festival returns Friday and Saturday to Yellville. This years theme, “Ring of Fire,” was inspired by the annular solar eclipse occuring Saturday afternoon.
Presented by the Mid Marion County Rotary Club, the festival kicks off Friday at noon with the parade starting Saturday morning at 10am. Rotarian Heather Pitman tells KTLO, Classic Hits and The Boot News about the weekend’s events including the popular lip sync contest.
