The Mountain Home Homerun Club is holding an event this month to raise funds for the Bomber baseball program. The inaugural Alumni Ragball Game is scheduled for Feb. 24 at McClain Park and the cafeteria on the campus of Mountain Home High School Career Academies.
Andy Wescoat and Stephanie Cudworth represented the Mountain Home Homerun Club as recent guests of the Talk of the Town on KTLO-FM. Wescoat says the idea came when they met during the fall with Bombers’ head coach Greg Crow to discuss alternative options for raising money for the baseball team.

The dinner will follow in the cafeteria as Fontenot’s Bakery and Bistro provides chili and cornbread, gumbo and rice, chicken and dumplings, bread, dessert and drinks. Dinner tickets are $25 each with two tickets for silent drawing baskets. Additional tickets for themed drawing baskets are one for $5, five for $20, 10 for $30 and 20 for $50.
