In April, 16 building permits were issued according to a report from the City of Mountain Home’s Building Inspection Manager Jeannie Anderson.
A commercial remodel topped the report with the permit issued to Gregory Company for Central Packing located at 1826 Hwy. 201 South Spur for a construction value of $320,678. Another commercial remodel permit was issued to Wilson Sign and Lighting on behalf of Five Below located at 40 Plaza Way Suite 380 for a value of $7,850.
A new commercial building permit was issued to Ben’s A+ LLC for Hadley’s Haven LLC located at 150 S. College Street for a construction value of $70,000.
Four commercial sign permits were issued, with the first to DiJohn Designs on behalf of Momo’s & Grill located at 1127 Hwy. 62 East with a construction value of $7,300. A sign permit was issued to Sign Tech on behalf of Fast Pace Health Urgent Care located at 1020 Hwy. 62 East with a construction value of $15,000. Legacy Racquet and Fitness located at 514 Coley was issued a commercial sign permit with a construction value of $7,500 and Missouri Neon Signs was issued a sign permit for Tobacco King located at 1310 Eastside Center Court #1 with a construction value of $10,000.

Three temporary sign permits were issued with the first to Auntie Anne’s Food Truck located at 2492 Hwy. 62 East with a construction value of $100; the second issued to Cattle Club Direct Wholesale #2 located at 1025 Hwy. 62 East with a construction value of $50; and the third to Horton Asphalt on behalf of Conner Funeral Home located at 2833 Hwy. 62 SW. with a construction value of $100.
Two residential remodel permits were issued with the first to Bath Renew on behalf of Vickie and Tim Elkey located at 1111 Leonard Drive for a construction value of $10,350 and the second to Americom Construction on behalf of Perry and Brenda McDonald located at 1503 Inverness for a construction value of $65,000.
One residential addition permit was issued to Al-Cart Tile Masters on behalf of Maryann and Dan Mixon located at 810 Douglas with a construction value of $35,000.
And two residential ACC structure permits were issued in April with the first to Don Napier located at 525 E 6th Street with a construction value of $1,700 and the second to Brandon Lassen located at 3208 Turnage Trail with a construction value of $15,000.
