The Baxter County Library Teen Library Council (TLC) involves our teen patrons in furthering the mission of the library to engage our patrons. By attending monthly meetings, the teens are involved in community service through volunteering, promoting reading, making new friends, and having fun! Students entering 7th-12th grade in the fall are eligible to apply.
To start on the council in August, applications are due NO LATER THAN August 1.
After August 1, we will take applications through December 31 to join the TLC in September-December.
